Regional Archives Nijmegen manages the municipal archives of the towns Beuningen, Druten, Heumen, Millingen aan de Rijn, Nijmegen, Ubbergen, West Maas en Waal and Wijchen and archives of companies, associations and private individuals. In addition, the archive maintains a large collection of books and journals, photographs, newspapers, maps, drawings, construction plans, audio and video tapes and various other collections.

An increasing amount of the archive information is made available digitally on the internet page. A large part of our photography collection can be consulted on Beeldbank, De Gelderlander newspaper is searchable from 1865 to and including 1956 and on Historische Atlas the history of the plots of land in the inner city of Nijmegen between 1730 and 1832 can, among other, be found.
